Changing of policy
Terms and conditions
If you date/time of hire is within 1 hour to 7 days of your booking confirmation,it will be considered as an IMMEDIATE BOOKING.Any hire time that is later than seven days will be considered as an ADVANCED BOOKING.There are no extra charges for making an advanced booking.
For Immediate booking:
You may be requested to pay full upfront before the service commences to confirm the booking.You can request an invoice before making payment to avoid cases of fraud.A vehicle will only reserved for you after the booking is confirmed.Receipt will be sent to your emal after the service is completed
For advanced booking,
If the value of service is over 100 SGD,you will be required to pay a minimum of 50% payment upfront to secure your booking.
Balance is to be paid on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.Any payment should only be made AFTER you receive our invoice through email or whatsapp. Receipt will be sent to your email after the service is done.
Corporate clients are exempt from these conditions if another written procurement has been agreed in writing.
Payments are to be made in cash or bank transfer.Upfront payment will all be in bank transfer unless otherwise agreed beforehand
An additional charge of $10 per extra stop for every 2km or less.
An additional charge of $20 per extra stop for every 2km above.
$20 per extra stop for every 2km above.
(For Point-To-Point and Departure Transfer) Waiting time is chargeable at $15 additional for waiting per every 10 mins window.
(For Arrival Only) Waiting time for arrival airport transfer is chargeable ONLY after 45 mins from flight arrival scheduled time
There are no charges for toll and parking

What if my minibus or 7 seater taxi breaks down?
Stay calm. We will send over a replacement vehicle with driver immediately to your scene. You will board the new vehicle and the previous vehicle will be towed and sent to a workshop.
What if my Maxi cab or Mini bus never arrives?
When we confirm a successful booking by a customer, we will also pass to the customer details of the vehicle that will be serving them as well as a contact number of the driver. Customers who feel that the vehicle is late may call the driver to enquire. Should they not get through to the number, customers can always contact our coordinator Michael at (+65) 92419099.
What happens when there is a medical emergency on board during the trip?
Passengers should identify the driver immediately. The diver will immediately call the ambulance if the situation calls for it. In cases of minor sickness the driver will head to the nearest medical facility at the request of the passenger involved.
How long is the journey from point A to point B?
This is a difficult question to answer, even for the most experienced of our drivers who have been on the roads for over 3 decades. What we definitely tell you is that the following factors will be weighted when we plan the route for your trip
-does the customer have a preferred route to follow
-is it the shortest possible route?
-any congestions on the route? (breakdowns, jams etc.)
-what will be the alternative route in case of unplanned congestion while driving
What if I cancel the trip?
Generally we do not accept cancellations of CONFIRMED BOOKING. Still we will look through it on a case by case basis. Please be reminded that you will still be liable to pay for the trip if your booking has been confirmed.
What if there is no vehicle available?
In the rare case of a vehicle no longer being available, we will automatically upgrade your service to a better vehicle. For example a Maxi cab will be upgraded to a Minibus and there will not be any additional charges incurred.
What payment is accepted?
Our preferred payment is through online payment using Paypal, MasterCard or Visa but on a case by case basis we will accept bank transfers and cash.
